Shipping

All in stock orders are shipped within three to seven business days. *International orders, allow 2 weeks.

If Next Day Air shipping is needed, please contact Xande Fadee by phone before 1PM CST (only available on business days). Note: E-Check payments take 3-8 days to be confirmed! Orders are processed after E-Checks have cleared! Please allow 2-3 days for Merchandise to be shipped once an E-Check has cleared!

Returning Items

For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account (we reimburse returning shipping fee up to $3.00). All other returns will be subjected up to 25% restocking fee. All returns should be within 7 days of package receipt date. See more detail in Return Policy.

When you pay with credit cards, please make sure if you entering correct billing information, our fraud detect system declines if your entering billing information is not match with the billing information saved on VISA, MASTER, & DISCOVER, Company database.
